CERT Solutions are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Year 6 Teacher who can hit the ground running at a two-form primary school in Handsworth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, preparing students for their transition to secondary school, and contributing positively to the school community.
Unfortunately, for this role the school are looking for non-ECTs at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- UK QTS is essential
- Proven experience teaching Year 6 or similar primary school age groups.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student achievement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
