Description
We are seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis during a short-term recruitment drive. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in Key Stage 2, who is ready to jump in and make an immediate impact in the classroom.
This role will start from April and will continue until Christmas at least.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Manage classroom environments, fostering a safe and supportive space for all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to encourage academic growth.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance teaching practices and learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Year 4 Teacher or similar role within Key Stage 2.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and teaching standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and teaching assignments.
