Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? CERT Solutions are delighted to be working with a wonderful primary school in Halesowen and we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP!
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Year 3 class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide tailored support
- Assist in creating a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Help children reach their full potential, both academically and personally
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with primary-aged children (preferably in Year 3 or KS2)
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for education and a commitment to making learning fun and accessible
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
