CERT Solutions are searching for a hardworking and enthusiastic Year 3 teacher to join the team and a lovely one-form entry school in Great Barr. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our students.
Starting in September 2024, you will take on the full responsibility for the planning, delivery and assessment of the Year 3 class, with support from a great team of educators., until at least the Christmas break.
Ideally the school are looking for experienced teachers but are open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs). However, they will not be able to sign off ECT as they do not have capacity. This is still a great opportunity to take on a long term role and build up your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience in Year 3 or KS2 teaching
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom
