CERT Solutions are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team in the Stourbridge area.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs.
Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Class Teacher in preparing lesson materials
- Maintaining a tidy and safe classroom environment
- Supporting group activities
- Providing 1:1 and group assistance to students
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Teaching Assistant level 2 qualification
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Passion for innovative and engaging teaching methods
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
