CERT Solutions is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Halesowen. If you’re passionate about helping students with special educational needs, we want to hear from you!
You’ll be joining a passionate and friendly school, who are dedicated to ensuring their children leave lifelong learners.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
Teaching Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering catch-up sessions
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Teaching Assistant Person Specification:
- Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant childcare experience
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
