CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that work with primary, secondary and SEN schools across Birmingham, Sandwell and surrounding areas.
We are currently working with primary, secondary and SEN schools across various areas in West Midlands, who are looking for day-to-day TA’s. We are looking for qualified Teaching Assistants to start in September with flexibility and the desired candidate must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
We are working with a range of different schools who all have different demands and needs, with positions or shifts due to start from September 2024.
Your new role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a variety of different schools. The jobs we offer will require previous experience of working in UK schools or childcare settings. The role will consist of supporting small groups or working 1-2-1 with pupils who may need additional assistance during lessons.
This role would be a day-to-day role (you tell us what days and shifts you want) which could potentially even lead to a long-term or permanent role.
What you’ll need to succeed:
• At least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant/Childcare qualification (or health & social)
• Experience in a classroom/childcare setting – 3 months minimum
• The ability to take a pupil-centred approach to learning
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Have a flexible approach and a can-do attitude
