Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to classroom teachers
- Assist with educational activities and classroom management
- Work with individual students or small groups to enhance learning
- Adapt to various educational settings and grade levels
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant within a UK Primary school
- Minimum Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed
