Position Overview:
As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, supporting students with special educational needs. This role is ideal for flexible, adaptable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of SEN students.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
– Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities to meet the needs of SEN students.
– Support the emotional and social development of students.
– Adapt to different school environments and integrate seamlessly into new teams.
– Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with SEN students.
– Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings.
– A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
