CERT Solutions is seeking talented secondary school teachers, instructors, cover supervisors and support staff to join our agency for the new academic year, starting in September.
We work with a wide range of schools across the region, offering both long-term and short-term placements to suit your availability. Whether you’re an experienced teacher an ECT or a support member of staff we have fantastic opportunities for you!
Pay:
Qualified teachers will be paid to scale MPS1 – UPS3 (£162 – £251 per day PAYE) depending on your current pay grade.
Instructors will be paid £130 to £150 per day PAYE
Cover Supervisors will be paid £100 per day PAYE
Support staff salaries vary depending on role (Technicians, Admin, Caretakers etc.)
Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification for teachers (Bachelor’s in Education, PGCE, or QTS or QTLS).
- Experience working within secondary schools (Minimum 6 months)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a drive to continually improve teaching practices.
