Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Dudley This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners in their educational journey while working in a nurturing and rewarding environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will include:

  • Supporting children with special educational needs in their learning activities.
  • Assisting teachers in the preparation of learning materials and classroom setups.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitoring and recording students’ progress and behaviour.
  • Providing one-to-one support for children as needed.
  • Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in special education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
