CERT Solutions is working in partnership with a special school in Meriden, Coventry who are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants.

About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning journeys and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Details:
- Location: Meriden, Coventry – Rural setting—a driving license is essential.
- Contract: Full-time, starting on a temp-to-perm basis
- Pay – £90 – £100 per day
Responsibilities:
- Delivering interventions to support individual pupils’ learning needs.
- Assisting in the development of personalised learning plans.
- Encouraging positive mental health and wellbeing through tailored strategies.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider school team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
- The ability to teach interventions effectively and adapt to individual learning styles.
- A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
- A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach.
