CERT Solutions are looking for compassionate SEN Teachers with expertise in managing challenging behaviors, ASC, and ADHD!
Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £150 – £210 per day
Start Date: September 2024
The Role:
As a SEN Teacher, you will be pivotal in delivering tailored educational plans that cater to the individual needs of students with ASD, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
– Designing and implementing personalized learning strategies.
– Managing classroom behaviors effectively and with empathy.
– Collaborating with a dedicated team of educators, parents, and specialists.
– Utilizing creative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
– Monitor and assess student progress, adapting plans as necessary.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Proven experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviors.
– Strong understanding of SEN best practices and behavioral management techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, resilience, and a passion for inclusive education.
