CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that specialise in flexible day cover, short/long term roles, as well as fixed term contracts and permanent positions also. We work with a mix of primary, secondary, PRU and SEN settings across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are working with an SEN school near the Erdington area, that are looking for support on a full time long term basis. They may also have permanent positions available for the right candidates!
To be considered you must have a experience working in UK schools (preferably SEN), a UK teaching qualification with QTS/QTLS or similar training. The assignments available are to start from January 2025. If you are an ECT or Qualified Teacher looking to work with SEN students on a full time basis we would love to hear from you!
The age groups available are EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5. Get in touch today if you are interested in SEN teaching and have between 4 or 5 days per week free to work.
The successful candidate will essentially have:
- UK teaching degree and UK work experience with SEN children/young people
- Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be applied for at a cost)
- Knowledge of SEND curriculum (any key stage) would be helpful
- Availability to work between 8:30-3:30 (4 or 5 days per week)
Your responsibilities will be:
- To teach students to a high standard in mainstream secondary
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
- Cover class teacher absences (could be short or long term)
