CERT Solutions are searching for an SEN Teaching Assistant who is looking for their next part-time role.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled SEN TA who can support children with additional needs in a friendly 3-form entry primary school in Tyseley.
This position is for Thursday and Friday each week, starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of the academic year.
The Role:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies.
- Assist with learning activities, behaviour management, and personal care if required.
- Help create a nurturing and supportive environment to enable all pupils to thrive.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in a school setting.
- Hold a relevant TA qualification (e.g. Level 2/3) or equivalent experience.
- Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
