CERT Solutions are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in the Tyseley area.
This full-time role involves providing tailored support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them thrive in their learning environment.
Starting in early 2025, the schools will be looking for someone who can commit long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with ASC on a one-to-one or small group basis.
- Assisting class teachers in creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom.
- Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
- Relevant UK Level 2 or 3 Qualification.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (preferably ASC).
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
