Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children with special educational needs? CERT Solutions are working with a vibrant primary school in Lozells who are searching for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and complex needs.
- Providing tailored educational support to meet individual learning and development goals.
- Assisting with personal care tasks as required, ensuring the dignity and well-being of each child.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a nurturing, inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning Qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in EYFS, is highly desirable.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to learning and care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
