CERT Solutions is looking for a SEN HLTA for a Special School in Moseley!

Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and qualified HLTA with a strong background in SEN to join a special school in Moseley. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to support and enhance the learning experience for students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide high-level support to students with SEN, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
– Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
– Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to SEN education.
– Support the emotional and social development of students, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
– Lead small group sessions and one-on-one support tailored to specific student needs.

Requirements:
– HLTA qualification is essential.
– Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
– Previous experience as an HLTA in a school setting.
– Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
