CERT Solutions are looking for a male SEMH Teaching Assistant who can support a male student with SEMH and ASC. The school require a male as you will be going into the male changing room for PE lessons. The school is based near the Quinton area. The student has been suspended from school and is due to return with support from someone who is able to support them with their behaviour.

The ideal candidate is for someone who enjoys a challenging but rewarding role who is confident working with secondary age pupils who can show behaviours that challenge.

Please note this role is full time and long term so consistency is key for this post.

The role:

  • 1:1 SEMH TA
  • Near the Quinton area
  • Supporting a pupil who has previously been suspended
  • Full time – long term
  • ASAP start
  • Behaviour support

Requirements:

  • Background in behaviour / mentoring
  • A relevant qualification in childcare or mentoring
  • Strong behaviour management
