We are seeking an experienced Science Technician to join a dynamic team at a well-established secondary school in Oldbury. If you have a passion for supporting practical science lessons and possess the necessary skills and experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up equipment for practical science lessons
- Maintain laboratory resources, chemicals, and equipment
- Assist teaching staff with practical demonstrations
- Ensure health and safety standards are met in the lab
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
Requirements:
- Experience as a Science Technician in an educational setting is essential
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and safety procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
