CERT Solutions are working with a secondary school based in Birmingham who are looking to appoint a Science Teacher. It is a fantastic secondary with welcoming and supportive departments. The successful teacher will work alongside a brilliant department head and deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4.
Start Date: January (Or Feb Half Term)
End date: December 2025
Interviews will take place ASAP however, the head teacher has stated they will wait for the ideal candidate!
The desired teacher will have strong values and a dedication to safeguarding to all students. This role would be suitable for NQT’s as well as experienced teachers.
The successful teacher will essentially have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience of teaching Science up to KS4
- Clear DBS on the update service
- Have a real passion for your subject that you can instil into your pupils
- NQT teachers are welcome to apply
Your responsibilities will be:
- To teach students to a high standard
- To support the other members of staff at the school
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Assessing, marking, and planning lesson for the students
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
