CERT Solutions are searching for experienced school administrators looking for flexible work.
We are recruiting full-time and part-time school admin staff for supply placements across various schools in Birmingham.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a school office environment (primary, secondary, or SEN)
- Proficiency in at least one of the following school management systems (SIMS, CMIS, Bromcom, ParentPay)
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A clear DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Preferred Experience:
- Handling pupil attendance records and admissions
- Managing school finance tasks such as invoicing, payments, and ParentPay
- Supporting teaching staff with administrative duties
- Coordinating school events, trips, and parent communications
- Providing reception and front-office support
