CERT Solutions are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 support role for a child in Reception in a Local Primary School based in Tipton to work on a long-term basis starting in September.
This is a school, who prides itself on being happy and caring, with high standards of attainment and behaviour.
SEND Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
- Deliver catch-up sessions
SEND Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
- Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
- Must have a passion for education
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
