Position: Reception Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Location: Saltley, B8
Start Date: April 2024
End Date: December 2024
The Role: CERT Solutions seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team on maternity cover.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.
The successful candidate will have a passion for early years education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of all students.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with early years or reception-aged children.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
