Description
We are seeking a PPA Teacher to join a vibrant school in Bilston. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across different key stages, flexible, adaptable, and an excellent team player with superb subject knowledge.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide planned cover for other teachers across various key stages.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working across multiple key stages.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
