CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that specialise in flexible day cover, short/long term roles, as well as fixed term contracts and permanent positions also. We work with a mix of primary, secondary, PRU and SEN settings across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are working with a mainstream primary school near West Bromwich, that are looking for PPA cover 3 days per week (Wed-Fri) to help cover lessons on a long term basis.
To be considered you will need a UK teaching qualification with QTS/QTLS or equivalent. The position is due to start in January 2025 and is an ongoing long term role.
The successful candidate will essentially have:
- UK teaching degree and UK work experience with primary experience
- Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be applied for)
- Knowledge of UK KS1/2 curriculum
- Availability to work Wednesday-Friday weekly
Your responsibilities will be:
- To teach students to a high standard in mainstream secondary
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
- Cover class teacher absences (could be short or long term)
