We are currently looking for a part time Teaching Assistant to work at a warm school in Gornal/Sedgley starting as soon as possible
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential. You will work closely with students, offering one-on-one assistance and small group support, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and inclusive environment
- Support students with special educational needs
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students
Key Qualities and Skills:
- Cache Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
