CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency, specialising in the full staffing within education. We work with primary, secondary, PRU, SEN and FE settings across Birmingham, Sandwell and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting education. A primary school in Dudley is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join the team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This pivotal role supports both HR and Finance functions, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the school and enabling the teaching staff to focus on providing the best education for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Assist with recruitment processes, maintain accurate staff records, handle new employee onboarding, and provide HR support to staff and leadership.
- Finance Assistance: Process invoices, manage payroll preparation, track budgets, and provide general support in financial administration.
- General Administration: Answer calls and emails, manage appointments, support school events, and maintain school records.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role within a school or similar environment, ideally with HR or finance responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems (experience with SIMS a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Enhanced DBS on update service(or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
