Contract: Full-Time, 5 Days per Week

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our agency, with an immediate start in a dynamic secondary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and nurture their musical talents in a full-time position.
About the Role:
As a music teacher, you will play a crucial role in the holistic development of students. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons across the key stages, encouraging creativity, and fostering a love for music. Your role will encompass:
- Planning and delivering structured lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
- Inspiring students to explore different aspects of music, including theory, performance, composition, and music technology.
- Preparing students for exams, assessments, and school performances.
- Developing a safe and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures creativity and confidence.
- Supporting extracurricular music activities, such as choirs, bands, or school productions.
- Collaborating with the wider school team to integrate music into cross-curricular projects and events.
This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys seeing students grow in confidence, build skills, and express themselves through music.
Requirements:
- Qualified Music Teacher (QTS preferred but not essential)
- Experience teaching music in a secondary school setting
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying musical ability
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for music and a commitment to fostering creativity in young learners
