CERT Solutions are searching for lunchtime supervisors to support mainstream primary schools in Erdington, starting in January 2023.
Position: Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Erdington
Hours: Various shifts of 1.5 – 2 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support children during lunchtime, both in the dining hall and playground.
- Encourage positive behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Promote a happy and inclusive environment, ensuring that pupils enjoy their break.
- Assist in setting up and tidying away the dining area.
- Address any minor incidents or conflicts, fostering a respectful and cooperative atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Caring, approachable, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in a school environment is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to remain calm and handle situations with care and sensitivity.
