Description
CERT Solutions are searching for an Interim Head Teacher to lead a lovely nursery school in Perry Barr on a temporary basis, covering sickness leave. The role will start after February half-term and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year in July 2025.
The school are looking to meet candidates with previous headship or senior leadership team experience ASAP.
This would be a full time role, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery school.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding.
- Support staff, children, and families to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS/EYTS) with leadership experience in early years education.
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
