Position: Full-Time Food Technology Teacher
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a passionate and experienced Food Technology teacher looking to inspire the next generation of culinary talent? CERT Solutions are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our secondary school in Sandwell on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Food Technology to Key Stages 3 and 4 students.
  • Inspire a love of cooking and nutrition, fostering creativity and practical skills.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with the national curriculum and school guidelines.
  • Support students in both theory and practical aspects of food technology, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Previous teaching experience in Food Technology at the secondary level is required.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of student achievement.
  • Passionate about promoting healthy eating, food safety, and nutrition education.
