Are you a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher looking for a role that offers unprecedented flexibility and control over your work-life balance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Flexible SEN Teacher to join our team to support various schools (you control which areas you work in!).
We have SEN schools focussed on primary only, secondary only, or all through settings (mixed ages), so you let us know what age group you prefer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of individual students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment with a safe and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Full enhanced DBS on update service – or willingness to apply for one.
- Specialized experience or a keen interest in working with students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the varying needs of students.
