CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency, working with primary, secondary, SEN/PRU settings across Birmingham, Sandwell and surrounding areas.
We can offer (full time/part time) flexible supply work, short term/long term cover, as well as temporary and permanent contracts across EYFS-KS5. (You tell us your preferences).
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Supply Teachers (QTS/ECT) to join our team on a flexible basis. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and support to primary and secondary schools across the area.
You can choose the days you wish to work, what assignments you select and in which locations you work. Agency is a great way to work your work schedule around your current commitments or personal life.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across a range of subjects
- Cover at one school or various schools in your desired areas
- Following lesson plans and adapting them to meet the needs of the students
- Managing the classroom effectively and ensuring student behavior is maintained
- Providing feedback to students and school staff on student progress and achievement
- Communicating with other teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning and support
Requirements:
- A UK degree in education or a relevant subject – any overseas qualifications need to be converted
- A minimum of 4 months teaching experience in a UK setting
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in primary, secondary or SEN/PRU schools
