CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that specialise in flexible day cover, short/long term roles, as well as fixed term contracts and permanent positions also.
We work with a mix of primary, secondary, PRU and SEN settings across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are working with a warm and welcoming term time only nursery near the sparkbrook area, that require a full time nursery practitioner or teaching assistant, to start ASAP supporting students under 5.
To be considered you must have a experience working with children or young people in a UK setting. You will also require a UK (L2/L3) teaching assistant qualification or similar (childcare/health&social care accepted).
The successful candidate will essentially have:
- A UK (L2/L3) teaching assistant qualification or similar (childcare/health&social care accepted)
- Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be processed for a fee)
- 2 references that cover the past two years (one should be childcare or education based)
- Availability to work between 8:30-3:30
Your responsibilities will be:
- To support primary students during lessons
- Following instructions from the class teacher in charge
- Support whole class, as well as some small group work
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
