Job Opportunity: English Teacher (Full-Time) – Immediate Start
We are a dynamic and growing education agency seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for an exciting role at a local school. This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, starting as soon as possible.

About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in developing students’ language skills and fostering a love for literature. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students across different year groups. Your teaching will cover a broad curriculum, from grammar and writing skills to critical analysis of various texts, including novels, poetry, and plays.
Your role will involve:
- Planning and Delivering Lessons: Creating engaging, well-structured lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
- Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment to support learning for all students.
- Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assessing student progress, marking assignments, and providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Supporting Student Development: Encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication, while providing individualized support where necessary.
- Collaborating with Colleagues: Working closely with other teachers and school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student education and well-being.
- Encouraging a Love for Literature: Inspiring students to explore and appreciate literature, expanding their reading habits and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for English Language and Literature
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with secondary school students is a plus
- Ability to start immediately
