CERT Solutions are working with a 3-form entry primary school located in the heart of Aston, who are searching for two KS1 Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to start in September 2024.
As a KS1 ECT, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners. You will be supported by an experienced and friendly team, committed to your professional development and success.
Both roles are full time, Monday to Friday, and will involve the full duties of a normal class teacher including planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and motivated to learn.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
About You:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will have achieved this by September 2024.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
