Job Advertisement: Cover Supervisors Wanted
Location: Kidderminster Area
Start Date: After Half-Term
Pay: £85 – £95 per day
Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available
Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? We are currently seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the Kidderminster area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, working with students and supporting their learning in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring students remain on task
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Support students with their learning and respond to any queries
- Liaise with teaching staff and maintain high educational standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
- A positive attitude and a passion for education
