Are you passionate about education and ready to make a difference in the classroom? We’re seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a dedicated team in Tipton on a full-time basis.
Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll provide high-quality classroom supervision across a range of subjects. You will ensure a positive learning environment and maintain classroom discipline while following pre-set lesson plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational role is essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to cover a range of subjects and age groups.
- Professionalism: Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment: A positive attitude towards student development and supporting the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of teaching staff.
- Support students in their learning, ensuring they stay on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
