Are you a confident and motivated individual with a passion for education? We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join secondary schools in Kidderminster, working on a day-to-day basis with the opportunity for a permanent position.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide support to students in the absence of their usual teacher.
- Adapt to different school settings and build strong relationships with staff and students.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified (essential)
- Experience covering secondary school classes
- Strong classroom management skills
- Adaptability and a proactive approach
