About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring continuity in the classroom by:
- Supervising lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Delivering pre-set work to students and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Managing classroom behavior and ensuring school policies are adhered to.
- Supporting students’ learning and fostering a love for education.
This is an ideal position for those considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or individuals with a passion for working with young people.

- The ability to adapt and think on your feet.
- A commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Prior experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
