Position Details:
- Role: Cover Supervisor
- Location: Halesowen
- Start Date: ASAP
- Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students during teacher absences.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behavior.
- Foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Ensure students stay engaged and on task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of teaching staff.
- Support students in their learning, ensuring they stay on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
