Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor with a passion for flexible teaching? We’re looking for adaptable and reliable individuals to join our team, providing day-to-day cover at schools in and around Kidderminster.
Role Overview: As a Day-to-Day Cover Supervisor, you’ll be the vital support schools need to keep classes running smoothly in the absence of their regular teachers. This is a flexible role, perfect for those who are open to last-minute morning calls and ready to step in and teach across various subjects and age groups.
Key Details:
- Location: Kidderminster and surrounding areas (own transport preferred due to early starts and varied locations)
- Flexibility: Must be available for early-morning calls and short-notice assignments
- Workload: Not guaranteed daily work; assignments vary based on school needs
- Experience Required: At least 6 months of experience working within a UK school environment
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of UK school operations and classroom management
- Confident delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behavior
- Adaptable and resilient, able to handle last-minute changes and diverse classroom environments
