We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in Darlaston on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to support students’ learning and development in a dynamic school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s policies.
- Support students in achieving their learning objectives.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student progress.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience working in an educational setting, ideally as a Cover Supervisor or similar.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
