CERT Solutions are currently recruting for cover supervisors who are happy to travel to Bromsgrove and surrounding areas, providing vital classroom supervision in the absence of teachers.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans
- Maintain a positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support students in their studies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive and flexible attitude
- The ability to inspire and engage students
