Cert Solutions are currently working with a number of special schools across Birmingham who are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams and support students with a range of needs, including ASD, PMLD, SLD, MLD, and SEMH.
Whether you’re looking for day-to-day, part-time, or full-time work, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school.
- A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to process a new one.
- A passion for supporting students with diverse needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and support the students’ individual needs.
