Cert Solutions are working with several special schools across Birmingham that are looking for SEN Teachers to join their teams and support students with various needs, including ASD, PMLD, SLD, MLD, and SEMH. We offer flexible roles to suit your preferences, whether you are looking for day-to-day, part-time, or full-time work.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working within an SEN school.
- A passion for teaching and supporting students with diverse educational needs.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ASD, PMLD, SLD, MLD, and SEMH.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to process one.
- The ability to work flexibly and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Ideal Candidates:
- Hold a Teaching Qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff to deliver high-quality education and support.
