1. IT Lead
We’re looking for a tech-savvy individual to lead our IT department, driving innovation and ensuring our school remains at the forefront of digital education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the school’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are efficient and secure.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
- Implement and manage IT policies, including safeguarding measures.
- Lead the development and integration of digital learning technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT systems management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A commitment to enhancing digital education for our students.
2. Estates Lead
Do you have a passion for maintaining and improving environments where students can thrive?
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and development of the school site and buildings.
- Manage compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan and execute site improvements and repairs within budget.
- Lead the estates team to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk assessments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality learning environment.
