What You’ll Do:

To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you’ll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A degree in your specialist subject area (for secondary) or primary education (for primary roles).
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching (or the drive to achieve this as an Early Career Teacher).
