CERT Solutions are looking for someone who can offer Pastoral support and duties at a special school based in the Erdington area. The school are looking for someone who has strong behaviour management skills as well as someone with experience with special educational needs.
The successful candidate will be offering support to secondary age pupils across the school with a range of needs from Autism, SEMH and complex needs. Having a background in mentoring, 1:1 support and intervention is preferred for this specific post.
The role:

Requirements:
- Background in behaviour and SEN
- A relevant qualification in childcare
- Strong behaviour management
- Experience in a PRU or SEN setting
